This darling local spot in our hood was best used for al fresco drinking. Why? Because the food was pretty bad. But then one day we came and there was a new menu and a new kitchen staff. It sounded too good to be true. With Jenson’s Chicago grandparents in tow we went with the pork ribs. Naturally. These ribs came with green beans. Sounds boring, right? Wrong. Building on Bond has finally decided to come on over to the Big Leagues. The ribs were awesome and the green beans….perfection. Our little local watering hole is about to become a bit more popular.
