Now that we had somewhat of a handle on New York pizza, it was about time for Jenson to be indoctrinated into the pizza Big Leagues. Welcome to the alter of deep dish pizza...otherwise known as Lou Malnati's.
If you have not heard of this legendary pizza spot in Brooklyn than I call bluff on your pizza-loving claims.
Not to be confused with THAT Al Roker. This Al Roker comes in the form of a pizza pie adorned with tomato, mozzarella, fontina, caramelized onion, roast pepper, sopressata, piccante and rosemary.

Tis' the season to start amassing even more credit card debt, regret behavior at work parties and spend a dizzying amount of time feeling inadequate about your potentially tacky-looking mantle and pathetic-looking reindeer cookies (Die. Pinterest. Die.) So I thought I'd bring some Brooklynites some holiday cheer that comes in the form of a list of restaurants that are open on Christmas or Christmas Eve...and some are open on both days.
